Tools They Use

The Following are Images of some of the tactics these scammers use when they are on your computer.

Windows Update

When a scammer is working on your PC and they do not want you to see what they are doing you might see a screen like this. Or it says SOFTWARE IS UPDATING. Another tactic they use is they also could use a program that blacks out your screen so you cannot see what they are doing.

CMD or Command Prompt.

The Scammers will use CMD or the Command Prompt. This is from the old days of DOS (Disk Operating system).

From this screen they will run commands like NETSTAT or TREE.

You may also see this screen if they claim to connect you to their Bank Server.
